Implementation

Designing and building solutions to support your business goals while achieving optimization along the way.

Starting with preparing the data your AI use case needs, making sure it is accurate, compliant, well-defined and reliably accessible in production. Whether you're building predictive models, generative assistants or autonomous agents, we help you to make sure your data is ready for the level of trust each one demands.

Generative AI

We help you to set up agents and guardrails that retrieve and reason content over your organization’s actual documents, policies, and history, respecting the organizational culture tone and ensuring teams get reliable answers in no time while acting in compliance with your internal policies.

Designed for
{
Retrieval-augmented assistants grounded in proprietary, non-public company data
{
Internal knowledge and policy interfaces that replace manual document search
{
Content generation in company’s own tone and terminology

Example of delivery: AI Assistant for Project Managers

Industry: Therapeutics

An agent that lets project managers query regulatory documentation, protocols, and project files in natural language, surfacing accurate, sourced answers in seconds instead of hours spent searching manually. Built on a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture with dedicated guardrails, the assistant grounds every response in verified source documents and validates outputs before they reach the user, preventing hallucinated or unsupported content, a critical requirement in a regulated therapeutics environment.

Technology: NLP, RAG, Python, Azure

Agentic AI

We focus on building autonomous agents that carry out multi-step, repetitive business processes end to end: reading, deciding, and updating systems, so operational capacity scales allowing operational efficiency.

Designed for
{
Multi-step process automation across existing business systems
{
Fragmented context that forces the same information to be re-entered at every step
{
Workflow orchestration that removes manual handoffs between teams

Example of delivery: Document Processing & Procurement Matching Agent

Industry: Legal

An agent that scans incoming legal documentation, automatically extracts key attributes into a structured database, and routes each document through the appropriate approval chain, cross-referencing it against the supplier procurement process to flag inconsistencies before they reach a human reviewer. This removes manual data entry, accelerates approvals, and reduces compliance risk from mismatched or incomplete supplier documentation.

Predictive AI

Analytics platforms that consolidate performance data across systems and forecast future trends allowing leadership to take decisions based on future trajectory alternatives, rather than just past results.

Designed for
{
Automated, integrated reporting against key performance indicators
{
Predictive forecasting layered on top of consolidated historical data
{
Single source-of-truth analytics platforms across fragmented data sources

Example of delivery: Analytics Platform for Drug Discovery

Industry: Pharma

Previously, performance data lived across multiple disconnected Excel sheets, making reporting slow and error-prone. We built an advanced analytics platform that consolidates this data into a single integrated system, automating reporting across key performance indicators and streamlining information that once required manual cross-referencing between spreadsheets. The platform also layers in predictive forecasting, giving the client a unified, evidence-based view to support faster decisions across the drug discovery pipeline.

Our approach

Discovery & Strategy

We map your business workflows with your teams to identify proper use cases, assessing value, feasibility, and risks associated with the solution.

Build & Integration

We prepare, design, build, and essentially integrate solutions directly into your existing IT infrastructure and data systems.

Security, Hardening & Scaling

A proper stress-test against compliance and security risks can help then better monitor and optimize agents outputs to assess how productive the solutions really are.

FAQs

Common questions about how we work, what to expect, and how PheonIQ delivers measurable results.
Where does our infrastructure need to change before AI can run on it?

Most organizations need to address three areas before deploying AI agents at scale: data accessibility (agents need secure, structured access to the systems they'll act on, such as CRM, ERP, ticketing, or file storage), an integration layer, and identity and access management (clear permission boundaries so agents operate within least-privilege scopes, not blanket admin access). Compute and hosting are usually the smallest hurdle, since most agents run on existing cloud infrastructure or vendor-hosted models. We run an infrastructure readiness assessment during scoping so gaps get fixed before a pilot.

Can we ensure that agents are developed according to our company culture and guard-railed correctly?

Yes, this is built into scoping. We work with your team to define tone, escalation rules, and decision boundaries specific to your organization, then encode them directly into each agent's instructions and guardrails: what it can decide autonomously versus when it must hand off to a person. Guardrails are tested against edge cases before launch and reviewed periodically as your policies evolve, so agents stay aligned with how your company actually operates.

How do we ensure that data used by agents stays accurate and precise?

Agent output quality is only as good as the data behind it, so we start with quality checks on the source systems an agent will draw from: deduplication, freshness checks, and clear ownership of who maintains each dataset. Where an agent pulls from multiple systems, we build validation logic that flags inconsistencies. For anything customer-facing or decision-critical, retrieval is scoped to trusted, current sources rather than open web search, and we set up regular data audits so drift gets caught early instead of showing up as a client-facing error.

How can we ensure and measure the productivity of developed models?

We define success metrics before deployment, not after: task completion rate, time saved per workflow, error and escalation rate, and user adoption. Each agent gets a baseline, how the task performed manually, and is measured against it post-launch, typically at 30, 60, and 90 days. Dashboards track these metrics on an ongoing basis so you can see productivity gains in real numbers, and underperforming agents get flagged for tuning or retraining rather than left to quietly underdeliver.
